Top Paw Foldable Dog Pool | Review

This weekend the weather was finally sunny and warm enough to spend some time outside. So, I took out this dog pool I just got and have been waiting to use!

It is the Top Paw Foldable Dog Pool from Petsmart and I have to say, it’s quite handy! I love how compact it can get when you’re not using it – it takes up very little storage space. When it comes to setup – it’s literally just unfolding it and it stays up on its own – it’s seriously so easy!

So, why get a dog pool? Well, we saw some very warm temps during our time in Colorado, so I decided to get a little splash pad from Amazon. They didn’t love it as much as I hope they would, but I still have it in case they change their mind (haha!). However, when we took them swimming for their first time ever (in a lake here in Montana), Karma LOVED it! Biggie.. put up with it. I don’t think he hated it, but he didn’t seem to love it as much as Karma did. So, when I saw this Top Paw dog pool, I knew I had to have it!

As you’ll see in the video down below, Karma loved jumping in and out, although she is a bit scared to jump it – I’m sure she will eventually be confident enough to do it on her own! And don’t worry, I will always be there watching them whenever the pool is filled. The pool is a really nice way for them to cool off here at home, and I know we’ll be using it a lot this summer!

The other thing I really love this pool for is that it can completely replace my bathtub for their baths! Every time I bathe them in my bathtub, I need a whole bottle of Draino to unclog the drain. Corgis shed A LOT, so if your dog is the same, I would definitely recommend this pool just for the fact that it will keep your drain clear!

This pool comes in multiple sizes – I got a size large for my two corgis, but I definitely could have gotten the extra-large. I think my dogs would actually be able to swim in the extra-large. Overall, I definitely recommend the pool for both summer fun and doggy baths!

Let me know if you try out the dog pool!
