I’m back with the weekly best sellers! Last week we saw Amazon Prime Day, and it definitely took over this list.
First, we have two two-piece outfit sets, this one which I bought for my honeymoon cruise coming up next month, and this set to lounge and workout in. The first WILL shrink if you put it in the dryer, so let it air dry. I got both sets in a size small.
The next piece from Amazon is this purse organizer. I use it in my work Tory Burch tote – so helpful! It comes in different colors to match your purse. I have a full review on it here.
The next item comes in a pack of two! This bodysuit set in black and white from Abercrombie – I LOVE their bodysuits! I get mine in a size small.
I’m so happy to see this next item on the list – the foldable dog pool! I’ve already used it for myself a few times this summer. It’s so easy to set up, take down, and clean and put away. Highly recommend! It comes in different sizes too. I got the large size. Check out my dogs’ experience with the pool here.

Amazon Prime Day is officially here! I just updated my guide to include some deals – a lot of which I think are really good!
I didn’t go crazy with my guide, as I wanted to keep it simple. There are a lot of sales happening this week, and it can be overwhelming, so I stuck with some basics and tried to include a mix of beauty, fashion, and home.
Reak Techniques – beauty sponge. I’ve heard amazing reviews on this – comparable to the Beauty Blender.
Sonicare Electric Toothbrush – If you haven’t made the switch to an electric toothbrush, I’d do It now! I have this exact one, so I’m happy to see this as part of the Prime Day deals! My dentist was able to tell when I made the switch to an electric toothbrush, so it really makes a difference!
Fashion
Nude heels – I’m actually on the market for some nude heels, and I’ve been loving these wrap around options here and here, as well as this pair with clear straps.
Oversized blazer – They’re so easy to style and this one comes in a variety of colors.
Home
Velvet hangers – I use these hangers and have almost switched out my entire closet with them. I love how thin they are and how the clothes actually stay on. Highly recommend.
Newair Wine Cooler – This is the large size and is normally over a thousand bucks, but the Prime Day deal brings it to just under $960!
I will continue to update my Amazon Storefront as I see more deals come up (that I think are great!). I have a “Prime Day 2022” section you can reference as you shop!
Happy shopping!

Happy Sunday! Today, I wanted to share the top three items I carry with me. These are items that can fit in any purse, big or small.
#1 – Lip balm/chapstick
My lips get dry so fast, so lip balm or chapstick is a MAJOR must-have for me. At home, I use Aquaphor, but I don’t want to carry a big tube of it everywhere I go, and the Aquaphor lip balm just isn’t my fave. I prefer the Vaseline lip balm for on-the-go.
#2 – Hand lotion
My hands get so dry, and the COVID-19 pandemic has only made it worse with all the extra hand-washing we were all doing. I personally love the travel-size lotions from Bath and Body Works. They’re perfect to carry in your purse or to leave in your car.
#3 – A hairbrush
I LOVE brushing my hair – it’s like giving yourself a scalp massage! I also feel like it helps dry my hair faster after a shower. My favorite brushes are from Wet Brush – they’re painless and easily undo any tangles. I need to mention that I only use full-size brushes – for some reason, travel-size brushes just feel different to me and just don’t give off the same effect as full-size brushes do!
I do have a bonus mention that I only carry with me in my work purse, but not in my everyday purse – facial sunscreen spray.
I have yet to come across one that I really love, but I’ve been using this one from Supergoop, which is not my favorite because it sprays everywhere except your face. I have been using this one from Neutrogena, it’s okay – it definitely has a better spray nozzle than the one from Supergoop! I will let you all know when I do find one that I genuinely love.
That does it for this blog post – I hope you all have a great week!

I hope you’re all having a great holiday weekend! This week, I wanted to bring you all my top 5 beauty must-haves. Once I find products that are actually effective, I continuously buy them. I feel like so many products hold broken promises, so it’s always nice when you find one that actually works.
Revitalash Eyelash Serum & Conditioner – I’ve been using this serum for more than a year now, and it’s a normal part of my daily beauty routine. I have this blog post where I share the results I saw each month when I first started using it – this might be different for you, maybe you’ll see length first, and then the curl effect. Regardless, I’m very happy with Revitalash and won’t use another serum!
Smashbox Halo Tinted Moisturizer – This is a newer product for me, but I am in LOVE with it! I love how light and airy it feels on the ski, as well as the coverage you get out of this tinted moisturizer. It’s perfect for summer and really gives off a nice glow! Match it up with a powder and bronzer and you’ve got the lightest makeup day.
Moisturizing body lotion – My favorite body lotions are from Bath and Body Works – they have the best scents and they’re very moisturizing. I always stock up when BBW is having a sale – which I highly recommend!
NYX Eyebrow Pencil – Eyebrow pencils are my favorite and I love the ones from NYX. I use it every day and my eyebrows always look soft and put together.
Good cleansers – aka a good cleansing system. You may remember my blog post on the double cleansing method – which I still use today. This system is really effective and I believe it’s helped my skin stay clear since I started incorporating it in my daily beauty routine. I use the Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm from Clinique and the cleanser from CeraVe

This is the time when I do the majority of my shopping from Nordstrom. I try to stick to a theme every year in order to stay focused and within my budget. For example, during the year COVID-19 first hit, I stuck with loungewear. Another year, my focus was on accessories – Nordstrom’s brand is great quality! This year, my focus is kind of spread out.. where I’m wanting one lounge piece, maybe one necklace, and perhaps a pair of shoes? Yes, I don’t really have a theme this year, but if I plan to stick to only ONE item per category, I think I’ll be good! I’ll share what I eventually end up ordering!
One important thing to take note of is the tiered access system. If you’re a Nordstrom Card holder, you’ll get earlier access to the sale, depending on how much you spend a year.
One important thing I need to mention is to ALWAYS stay focused and never go past your budget. It can be very easy to get excited and get off track – which is why I find a theme for each year or a main focus. A general piece of advice for any major sale is to stick to basics. I recently read that your wardrobe should be 80% basics and 20% trendy pieces, which I think is a great rule to follow.
I usually use this sale to try something I’ve been wanting to try, but didn’t want to make the splurge without a sale. I also use this sale as a time to buy jewelry. I’ve found Nordstrom brand jewelry to be great quality! I have a number of pieces from Nordstrom that have lasted years!
I took a look at the preview for the sale and put together things I don’t think will sell out fast. One of my biggest pet peeves is hearing full-time influencers share items that are already sold out by the time the general public has access to the sale. So, I made it a point to only include a few big name brand pieces. I do have one collage dedicated to Barefoot Dreams, but I’m hoping there’s enough variety to where you will still have options if something is sold out – like the leopard blanket for example – it sells out FAST! So, I include other blanket styles as well.
My husband never shops the NSale, so I didn’t take the time to make any collages for the menswear/accessories. The same goes for kids, since we don’t have kids.
The NSale is one of my favorite sales and I look forward to it every year! I hope you find my guide helpful!

I’ve been planning to buy a few outfits from Lulu’s for our honeymoon cruise, so the timing of this sale is perfect! You can get 20% off SITEWIDE with code: STARS20 from June 30 – July 3.
I love Lulu’s because they offer a variety of options from special occasions, vacation outfits, accessories, shoes, and even bridal! Even though I got married almost a year ago, you know I’ve got a few white outfits on my list for this sale!
I took a look at their newest pieces, but also included a few sets they seem to have year-round. Be sure to comment what you’re shopping for!
